Advanced Hair Studio (AHS) ambassadors and famous South African cricketers Jacques Kallis and Farhaan Behardien joined AHS chairperson Carl Howell at a press conference held in Cape Town recently. Flow staff from the Cape Town and Johannesburg offices coordinated the event.

The conference took place on Monday 30 November in the elegant Tranquility Room at the Two Oceans Aquarium. The venue was intimate, perfectly conducive to robust media engagement and served as an ideal location to discuss past successes, as well as future plans AHS has in store for its loyal clients. Local media from the Daily Voice and Cape Argus were in attendance.

Howell announced that Advanced Hair Studio would soon be launching its “world-first” range of nanotechnology solutions for thinning and receding hairlines. The technology is currently undergoing clinical trials in Australia and is expected to be launched in South Africa in February 2016.

Advanced Hair Studio offers three types of treatment – Advanced Laser Therapy, Strand-by-Strand and the Advanced Singular Hair Transplantation procedure.

Behardien has been undergoing the Strand-by-Strand treatment and has nothing but good things to say: “It’s been awesome – over the past couple of months it’s been really good and I’ve been looked after nicely. They’re really helpful and the service is really good.”

Says Caroline Smith, head of PR at Flow Communications, "This is the second time we have done a media event for Advanced Hair and it’s always fun. The team enjoys the challenge and the opportunity to meet famous sportspeople,”
